La Familia
La Familia de la Salsa began in 2004 as a Rueda performance ensemble comprised of 26 dancers from diverse corners of the globe. By advancing our mission statement of, "bridging cultures through dance...one step at a time", la Familia has has grown to become one of the largest Latin dance organizations in Upstate New York with over 2300 dancers on our member roster.

Salsa Music Appreciation Club Inc.
Our activities include educational programs in colleges,
high schools, middle schools and elementary schools. We also
sponsor dances and Latin Night for the recreational enjoyment
of salsa dancing by all ages.

Bayou Road Krewe (Susi Mills)

Red Line Zydeco
As 2008 winds down, we remember this beautiful year. With Jesse Lege and the Redstick Ramblers, we rocked the Dance Flurry. Zydeco master Willis Prudhomme came up twice this year to go on the road with RedLine Zydeco.

Zydeco Trail Riders
The Zydeco Trail Riders, formed in 2004, have performed predominantly in upstate New York at regional festivals and at nightclubs, wineries and eateries. The band is led by Greg Grodem, on vocals and accordions, with Ted Oberhouse on guitar,Jim Riedy on bass, Gene Brennan on drums, Will Dawes on Fiddle and Jim Sherpa on rubboard.
